	Designed and wrote the user manuals for a custom project management application.
	Designed and wrote all end user documentation (PDF, Web and HTML Help) for three major releases of an alarm management application suite. Designed and edited the Canadian ISO Policy Manual. Developed an automated project documentation workflow and templating system. Developed a business process mapping template.
	Wrote the original Manila User's Guide.
